Bang win major Humberside Police account

Bang have been appointed by Humberside Police to develop a series of major campaigns throughout 2007.

Bang Marketing have continued their success in winning major public sector accounts by adding Humberside Police to their client base.

After witnessing the results generated by the West Yorkshire Police Bar Code initiative, Humberside contacted Bang to work on a series of campaigns throughout 2007.

It is expected that the marketing activity will work neatly alongside Police interventions to tackle domestic violence, crime in hot-spot localities, and violent crime.

The various strands of the campaign will be brought together under an overarching brand.

Chris Garratt, Strategic Marketing Manager at Bang, said "The Humberside Police account win is extremely significant for us".

"For a long time, we have held the belief that marketing is a critical component in tackling crime and disorder".

"This account shows that Humberside Police share this view. We're confident that their proactive approach will be rewarded with a campaign that generates immediate results".
