CBHG appoints Bang as branding agency
Following a national tendering process and three stage pitch, Bang Marketing fought off stiff competition to win the exclusive rights to develop the brands and all marketing collateral for each of the organisations within Central Borders Housing Group.
Central Borders Housing Group incorporates South Staffordshire Housing Association, one of the West Midlands' largest social landlords with an annual turnover in excess of £17 million, a Property Care business with an annual turnover of around £4.5 million and a number of emerging trading companies.
Bang's work will begin with a programme of research in Summer 2008, layering insight onto existing information and statistics for each of the brands within the Group.
Beyond this, Central Borders has opted to use Bang exclusively to develop its brands, strategy and communications collateral, which is likely to include advertising, websites, direct marketing and literature.
Chris Garratt, Marketing Director at Bang said "Winning an open pitch of this scale is always exciting, but even more so considering the calibre of the competition and vision expressed by the client".
"The terms forward thinking and dynamic are commonly overused and often misplaced, but both couldn't be more appropriate for Central Borders".
"The vision expressed by the Group is insightful, innovative and extremely exciting. We're delighted to be part of this vision, and more importantly we're relishing the opportunity to help make it a reality".
