New Charter Commission Bang for Flagship Publication

Bang have been appointed by New Charter Housing Trust Group to produce its annual report for 2007.

Based in Greater Manchester, New Charter Housing Trust Group is one of the UK's 20 largest Registered Social Landlords.

The group formed after almost 15,000 properites were transferred from Council ownership in 1999.

Since then, New Charter have added Aksa, a BME specialist housing organisation with homes in Bury, Manchester, Oldham and Tameside and two other companies, New Charter Building Company Limited, and New Charter Property Services Limited to the Group.

In 2006 New Charter came top of the tenant satisfaction ratings in the UK, with 90% of tenants stating that the Group was doing a good job.

Because of this strong pedigree, New Charter were looking for a company with a reputation for excellence to develop and manage their flagship document for 2007.

Through a competitive tendering process, Bang beat off stiff competition to produce the annual report.

Warren Watts, Creative Director at Bang Marketing said "Adding an organisation like New Charter to our social housing client list speaks volumes for how far we've come in recent times".

The report will focus on achievements throughout the last 12 months, including the opening of New Charter's Hatton Court in Hattersley, a development of luxury apartments named after the boxer Ricky Hatton who grew up in the area.

The chosen theme also carefully reflects the various organisations within the group, and will point towards an exciting and ambitious year ahead.

Mr. Watts continued "The chosen concept works perfectly for the group, we don't want to give much away at this stage, but it will be one to look out for!"
