HBoS General Insurance (HBOS GI), one of the UK's largest insurance providers, approached Bang to help launch a new internal product across five UK and Eire sites.
The brief was to transform a functional IT tool into a product that over 200 key staff would embrace and use to significantly transform their working routines.
Bang's creative team quickly set about developing an identity for the tool, which became known as eXtract. To ensure that eXtract would be quickly adopted and used to its full potential, Bang also produced a range of support material, including a viral e-mail campaign, postcards, pop-up banner stands, desk signage, bin wraps and a specially designed instruction manual.
Extract was formally launched at the end of May across all five sites. Within two weeks, HBoS tracking sources showed that 95% of key staff were using the new system.
