When Bang were commissioned to provide branding and collateral support for the ‘Trust Loyalty Card' (tlc), a pilot rewards and loyalty scheme, no one expected a take up rate of 10% in the first three months rising to over 20% after 12 months.

Such was the success of the campaign (designed to reward good tenants whose homes are managed by Bradford Community Housing Trust (BCHT) that the scheme was rolled out to over 10,000 residents throughout the Bradford district.

Bang created the distinctive branding and ensured that the materials were accessible to all sections of the community. Large print and translated materials were provided, and fonts and colours compatible with accessibility guidelines were used.

The campaign started with a high profile launch event attended by over 150 people, including a number of stars from the Bradford Bulls rugby team. This was followed by an extensive direct marketing and advertising campaign.
