Case Studies
Kirklees is one of the largest geographical districts in the UK, stretching from the industrious northern towns of Batley and Dewsbury through to the rolling hills of Pennine Yorkshire.
Huddersfield, one of the country's fastest growing creative sector economies, and Holmfirth, an extremely successful market town, both sit within the district's borders.
Since 2004 Bang have been working with Kirklees' Tourism Department to help them promote the area as a leading tourist destination.
Bang revised Kirklees' tourism identity, and developed a solution that is adaptable, accessible, and appealing to a wide range of target audiences.
Kirklees' rich diversity is reflected in the materials, which help promote the district's many assets. The materials produced to date include branding, destination guides, xhibition displays and both conference and leisure collateral.
Jess Newbould, Senior Tourism Officer at Kirklees Council: "Our revised identity and literature encouraged more people to consider Kirklees as a tourist destination. Bang's refreshing no-nonsense approach to design has been welcomed by our team. We find them professional, attentive and great fun to work with!".
