Leading Housing Association Kirklees Neighbourhood Housing (KNH), appointed us to work on an innovative recognition and reward project for its 20,000 tenants.
Research highlighted that the best reward for tenants would be discounts and offers from local businesses.
Through a strategy that combined social and commercial marketing principles, over 150 businesses joined the campaign.
Behavioural goals were set for tenants, with positive behaviours rewarded through rewards and incentives.
Now in its fourth instalment, the KNH Excel Card has gone from strength to strength, collecting a national innovation award and generating significant business development opportunities for KNH.
Campaign results have been superb for KNH, with 67% of tenants regularly using the card, and business membership has grown to over 260.
